Increasing Efficiency with a Single-Source Business Partner

It is my sincere pleasure to speak on behalf of Sage SOLION. I am an office manager in a very busy OB/GYN practice, and I am always looking for ways to make things more efficient. Over the years, Sage SOLION has helped me do just that.

One of the early efficiencies they introduced me to was strip-label software. With this program we are able to print a single color-coded label for the end tab of our patient charts. Gone are the days of having to keep 27 boxes of individual color-coded letters. It also allowed me to finally get rid of the typewriter we kept for the sole purpose of typing name labels for the charts.

Most recently, this practice has taken advantage of Sage SOLION On-Line Ordering. I used to work with several vendors when ordering our printed material and business products. Now I place these orders, including office supplies, on-line with Sage SOLION.

I no longer spend my time comparison shopping, nor do I worry about splitting orders among different vendors. I simply go my Sage SOLION On-Line Ordering website and select the items needed, in the quantity I want and they are delivered at consistent and competitive prices the very next day.

The personalized service that I receive from my Sage SOLION Account Manager makes it easy for me to remain a loyal customer. I am secure in my knowledge that whenever I have a question or problem, this representative is only a phone call or e-mail away. I have grown to rely on his advice on several occasions when I wasn't sure what our needs really were. Some of the helpful things he has done for us include:

• The unique design of the Privacy Policy Notice we distribute to our patients. It has a tear-off receipt the patient signs that is then filed in the patient chart.
• Education on the new "Check 21" requirements.
• Recommended changes that protect our prescription blanks from being copied. Not long after this, my business manager returned from a practice management seminar and asked that I add security features to our prescription forms. I was pleased to show her that my Sage SOLION sales representative had already taken care of it!

Whether it is innovative new ideas, programs and products designed to improve practice management efficiency, or superior customer service, I've come to expect the very best from this company.
